How long does personalisation take?+
The personalisation process takes 3–4 weeks, as each piece is handcrafted by our potters. We will keep you informed of your order status throughout.
Can I personalise any piece with initials?+
Yes, all our pieces can be personalised with up to 2 initials. The initials are hand-painted following the Andalusian pottery tradition, making each piece unique.
Are the tableware sets dishwasher and microwave safe?+
Yes, our tableware is made from high-quality ceramics and is fully safe for dishwashers and microwaves. However, we recommend hand washing to better preserve the personalisation.
Do you ship internationally?+

What warranty do the products carry?+
All our pieces carry a warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective piece, we will replace it at no additional cost. Contact us within the first 14 days of receiving your order.
Can I return a personalised product?+
Due to the artisan and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns except in cases of manufacturing defect. We recommend reviewing your personalisation carefully before confirming your order.
