Each set goes through the full process: throwing, bisque firing, glazing and final high-temperature firing. Made in Seville workshops by craftspeople who know every material from the inside.
Yes. Both stoneware and Majolica ceramic are dishwasher and microwave safe. Stoneware is also oven safe; Majolica is not recommended in the oven.
Between 3 and 4 weeks from order confirmation. Each piece is handcrafted and goes through individual firing.
Yes. Up to 2 hand-painted initials by our craftspeople. It is optional and at no extra cost.

We replace it at no cost. Photograph the damage when you open the package and write to us within 48 hours.
As this is a personalised product with your initials, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If there is a manufacturing defect, we always resolve it.
